About

Olga Dacha13

Born in Zamora, Spain, and shaped by the Mediterranean, Olga Dacha13 is a self-taught ceramic artist whose work flows between instinct and imagination. Her hands sculpt silently, like vessels formed by the memory, salt and time, they paint vivid, inspected worlds, where playfulness, and poetry meet.
From mural sculptures that explore fragility, and collective memory (Tan Humanos, Transparencies of Silence) to illustrated ceramics filled with humor, tenderness, and fantastical beings, Olga's work embraces contradiction without fear.
Based in Dubai, she continues to create from both quiet and chaos, letting the clay speak in many tongues-sometimes solemn, sometimes wild, but always deeply human.

In Her Own Hands

Olga Dacha13

All my pieces are handcrafted in small batches in my studio in Dubai. I work mainly with low and medium temperature stoneware, exploring the expressive potential of matte textures, oxide washes, and experimental glaze finishes.

Some pieces are fired at high temperatures when the project calls for extra strength or specific finishes. I favor a natural surface finishes inspired by lime, salt, ash and the passage of time.

Every collection is a meditation on what it means to belong, remember, transform.
